This was actually a blessing! My allergies had me so stuffed up even with a ton of medicine, I was miserable! So I tossed on in the shower with me and the only drawback is that it didn't last longer :-D Also, our daughter came home for Christmas and she was dealing with the same thing this week, so I gave her one and she felt so much relief too! She said she didn't know so much was clogged up in there! Definitely gonna go get some more and keep them on hand!

Doesn't last very long

The discs are very large and bubbled a lot. I had to dissolve mine before I can get any smell and once you do that it doesn't last very long. I would agree with a previous post that It would be better if they were more intense and smaller.

Smells nice for a bath when feeling under par
