Some Possible Uses:

Always properly dilute essential oils before applying to your skin. For adults use, the general rule of thumb is 2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
Diffuse Deep Breath essential oil blend in cool mist diffuser in bedroom overnight to breathe easier during periods of congestion.
Bath - Add 4 drops into a teaspoon of carrier oil or other dispersing agent then add to bath once you are in the bath.
Steam inhalation - Place 3-7 drops of essential oil blend into boiling water. Cover head with towel and breathe through the nose. Keep eyes closed!

My go-to for chest colds, sinus and ear aches

Of all the oils I’ve purchased through PN, this is the one I use the most. Absolutely amazing for sinus or chest congestion and beyond. I put it behind my ears when I have ear aches, and because of the peppermint and lavender it even helps ease aches and pains, especially on the tummy for menstrual cramps.
